SELF MASTERY

Most in the modern world lacks self-discipline, self-knowledge, and a connection to self to reflect a balanced human being. There are many kind people in this world, but if we do not know the difference between self-serving and caring enough about someone else, we lack goodness.

We need constant learning and stay accountable for consciously value the importance of true-self and the feelings we project on others.

Hindrances can hold us back from mastering self-goodness. Self-development – most make things difficult for themselves because they’re in their own head with self-doubt. Too easily caught up with distractions and lose tract of your goal and overextended by the wrong perception of things. We also are too bothered by someone else’s dream or attraction of something that looks good. A sensual desire based on what we see, taste, hear, feel, or smell can misguide us to judge and lose awareness of what can become an outside perspective of an impact you react to as a reality.

Positive and Negative emotions exist, and we all have them, but things become difficult when it doesn’t go as we planned. So, it might be a reality check to face facts you were simply not prepared for it. That is why we get stressed out by so many effects. This mental state of chaos is easy to raise arguments and give up and stop your journey. We have the body and the mind where our thoughts and emotions affect the overall health. But we can strengthen our mind concept to get the right direction, being in control of a positive outcome. Your feelings and emotions are a mental state closely connected, so observe with yourself because feelings are a postponed reaction inside your mind. That means we educate our minds to find fault and focus on it. Then you judge and project those feelings you could even perceive as your truth before even confirming it is indeed reality.

A brilliant suggestion I have learned is to be in the company with prejudged persons to observe them without talking and feel their presence. We can choose how we judge people, and your preconditioned feelings can follow, or you get control over your emotions in a positive reflective way that could support you to be a good person without judgment to build a connection and genuine friendship. Many do not even realize that they precondition their mind for the negative thoughts. So, develop a good belief system! Whenever bad feelings come up; ask yourself. Where is the root of that feeling? Could it be a feeling regard to a situation, from your past, the last thought in that condition, and become aware where that feeling rooted from within? These are a mental test for self-mastery and not feelings and emotions to expect others to discover about you. Take your time and reflect on yourself to view inward. STOP Pointing fingers of blame. STOP Using the word YOU to project your weaknesses as the fault of others for a free pass to escape. Turning that pointed finger on yourself is the hard part, but the greatest step to open doors to your mental strength.

Inward Reflection – Learning about us is progress to take conscious decisions about family, friends, and the strong view that you need to take care of them. Taking care of yourself and your work is an investment to build up outside yourself and establish a dual force. We need our personal time-out to take care of self so that our strength get reinforced with great responsibility. Behavior comes out of a responsible feeling, so you need to understand that feeling to act on it with love. And you can only do that if you connect with the emotion of what love feels like.
